PicWheel automatically updates desktop wallpaper with JPEG, GIF, BMP, DIB, WMF, & EMF pictures from your list and as per your schedule. Pictures are auto-scaled to fit the desktop best. List and schedule management is simple and versatile. You can preview pictures in the list. PicWheel has English and Russian interfaces. Program supports commandline & drag-n-drop interface.
