Create Floor Schedules for Your Employees description
The Floor Scheduler spreadsheet assigns up to 50 people on a random basis to up to 6 daily shifts for a one-month period. It is ideal for creating floor schedules for real estate offices or similar applications where an individual works only a few shifts each month. The program creates individual schedules and monthly calendars and a vCalendar file to transfer the schedules to your PDA, Smart Phone and Outlook Calendar for handy reference. Names and shift preferences for up to 200 employees can be stored for use in creating the schedules. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required. During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to the number of schedules displayed. Spreadsheets for other scheduling applications are available at the website.
